Rio Pacuare

Our Rio Pacuare expedition is a five day, 4 night stay at an extremely remote and isolated ecolodge, built by our lead guide on a reforested, rugged former-pasture area, in a roadless section of jungle. The class IV paddle raft float to get in and out runs through a stark, high-walled canyon with stunning waterfalls, serene swimming holes, and copious wildlife to view between rapids, and with our expert local guides, no whitewater experience is necessary. The location is ideal for our mindfulness activities, including yoga overlooking the river, aquatic meditation, ecological education and restoration, dance and language lessons, and plenty of time for reflection and integration. There is also an option for an additional day of rafting for those who desire a little more spice to their whitewater experience!
